Faculty Bio:
JP Leider received his BA in Philosophy and BS in Genetics, Cell
Biology, and Development from the University of Minnesota. During his
time there, he worked as a Research Assistant at the University of
Minnesota Center for Bioethics and served on the core team of the
Minnesota Pandemic Ethics Project, which crafted resource allocation
and pandemic response strategies for the State of Minnesota. At present, he serves as a Research Assistant to the Office of the Director at the Berman Institute. He is also affiliated with the Office of Public Health Training & Practice
For
his dissertation, JP is examining the budget and priority setting
processes at state public health agencies.
